Dear INAV reader’s and contributors,
After a hiatus from INAV, I would like to reinvigorate INAV and provide accessible and meaningful new content for today’s indoor modeler. As a result, I have made some changes for the user’s to be aware of.
1) I created the INAV Google Drive web page that links to repositories for articles, editorials, contest results, and plans. All postings on this website since it’s creation have been added to the drive and as much data as I can pull over from the indoor free flight Facebook page is uploaded as well. I will be continually updating and adding more to this drive including parsing specific articles and plans from the INAV download archives.
2) I have updated the Resources page to align with the NFFS website while adding and removing websites with broken links.
3) I removed the postings calendar on the top-right banner to make room for an upcoming google calendar with upcoming indoor events and contests. To view postings by date, use the archives drop-down shown below.

A Call for Content
From my point of view as the editor, I think INAV could use more fresh and modern content for a broad range of AMA and FAI events. As the editor, I ask for INAV readers and contributors to consider submitting their plans, articles, and editorials, especially for events that have lacked modern submissions. If you have a new and interesting design you would like to show off, send it our way! Please send submissions to indoornewsandviews@gmail.com and CC ameg3237@gmail.com. I will be closely monitoring and adding to posts on this site and archiving it in the google drive. In addition to new content, if you have any ‘oldies but goodies’ you like to send our way please do! We also would like a larger presence from the international audience, so let us know what is going on overseas in your region and country including upcoming events, contest results, plans, articles, etc. I would love to have content that is fresh, accessible, archivable, and not susceptible to the whims of the Facebook content algorithm.
Thank you,
Emily Torkelson, Editor
